Office of Professional Qualification of Management Consultants (OPQCM)

The OPQCM-qualified consultant places their knowledge and experience at the service of their client:

They only accept missions for which they are competent and they guarantee the skills of the personnel assisting them and the methods and tools they implement for the execution of their mission.

The OPQCM qualification guarantees a high-level of professionalism:

Every mission shall be executed with the honesty and diligence which the client can expect from a qualified consultant.

The qualified consultant is payed exclusively by their client:

They are committed to executing their mission in a spirit of rigorous independence with regard to third parties and to the best interests of their client.

The fees of the consultant are covered by a contractual agreement:

There is the contractual agreement with the client within the legal framework in force, on the one hand, and the contractual agreement with the professional ethics of the OPQCM, on the other.

The qualified consultant whose personal or financial interests are liable to interfere with the course of a mission, is committed to advising their client of such.

The information brought to the knowledge of the qualified consultant during the course of a consultancy mission, together with the results of the work, are confidential.

This information may in no way be used to the personal benefit of the consultant, nor divulged, without the prior authorisation of the client.
